Privacy & cookie policy
What personal data Navigant Holding collects through navigantholding.com, why, and what you can do about it. It is short, because we collect very little.
1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Navigant Holding OÜ, registry code 14447934, Tallinn, Estonia. For anything related to your data, write to info@navigantholding.com.
2. What we collect and why
When you write to us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message, and, if you add them, your company and the type of project. We use this only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare an offer.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-relay service that passes your message on to our mailbox and acts as our processor.
We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If we sign a contract, related records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. In the European Economic Area both are provided by Google Ireland Limited. They tell us which pages are visited, roughly from where (country or city), on what kind of device and browser, and how far pages are scrolled. We use this only to improve the site: not for advertising, and we never sell data.
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Until you accept, Google's scripts are not loaded at all.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical request data, such as IP address, time, the page requested and browser type, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited period. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f)).
What we don't use
No advertising or remarketing cookies and no social-media trackers. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to font or script CDNs.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For any other transfer we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on its Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn't affect processing that happened before. Write to info@navigantholding.com and we will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or with the supervisory authority where you live.
6. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change affects cookies, the site will ask for your choice again.
